Q: What is your rental screening criteria?
A: We run a criminal background check, a credit check and verify employment and rental references. Don't worry, we also know that sometimes life happens. Who you were at age 18 isn't always who you are at age 30. If you are worried about any of the information we find, please let us know, we are happy to work with you if we can.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept cash, checks, money orders, and online payments. Our online payment system offers ACH transfer (free!).
